Henceforth, for this calendar year, the following marks the combined efforts of the LRMDS team and the faculty and staff of Schools Division Office of Las Piñas City.
The SDO Las Piñas LRMS Portal is an on-line repository of text and non-text supplementary learning resources (SLRs), teaching resources, and professional development resources, developed by the schools, and partner government and non-government agencies or offices.
The Portal may be accessed by learners, teachers and non-teaching personnel.
A mechanism specially designed to monitor the utilization of the portal is also integrated for feedback. We invite every user to access this, for further improvement of the portal.
Technological Resources for Engaged Education Hub
(T.R.E.E. Hub)
Traditional education faced significant challenges in accessing diverse learning resources due to physical limitations and geographic barriers. Reliance on textbooks and classrooms restricted flexibility, and a one-size-fits-all approach failed to address individual learning needs. The lack of interactive materials further reduced the effectiveness of teaching.
In contrast, the digital age has transformed education through technology and the internet, providing greater access to online resources and e-learning platforms. These innovations have led to improved student engagement, retention, and outcomes, supported by educational policies promoting technology use.
The TREE Hub (Technological Resources for Engaged Education Hub) aims to address these challenges by enhancing the Division learning resources portal. The TREE Hub fosters collaboration among educators, promoting professional growth and a culture of ongoing learning, ultimately improving educational experiences and outcomes for all involved.
